What I Do
- Custom training plans. I’ll create a program for road, track, trail, and ultra distances based on science as well as the individual. Some people thrive on high mileage, while others sizzle with more cross-training. Some do better with shorter intervals, others live for long threshold sessions on gnarly trails. We’ll work together to find the right mix for you.
- Daily feedback. I’ll let you how each run looks from my end with a breakdown of the data going as deep into the nerdy weeds as you like.
- Frequent updates. Work and family obligations come up, illness and injuries are inevitable. Life happens. It’s part of being a runner. Little adjustments to the plan here and there can make all the difference.
- Collaboration. I work for you and I welcome your opinion. Feel free to tell me what you think or ask for a further explanation if something doesn’t make sense.
- Form analysis. I don’t often like to mess with what’s comfortable for a runner, but if you feel like something is off, I’m happy to provide feedback and cues to help your stride feel solid.
